Emergency Cover

Our emergency cover covers you up to £300 of contractor's costs in dealing with a domestic emergency such as a heating breakdown.

The home emergency insurance provides cover as detailed below for emergency call out fees and repair costs.

Features and Benefits

The insurer will pay the contractor's charges up to the limit of cover in dealing with one or more of the following emergencies:

• Failure of the homes plumbing or drainage
• Failure of the homes internal electricity supply
• Failure of the homes only permanent installed cooking system
• Damage or failure of the homes external locks, doors or windows which make the home insecure
• Failure of the homes primary heating system
• Loss of your only key to the home where there is no other key available and you are unable to
  gain normal access to the property
• Failure of the roofing, down piping/guttering system
• Rats, mice or wasps have infested the home
• The waste pipe of the only toilet in the home becoming blocked
